Alignments
This section presents an approach to planetary alignments that I've found to be relevant for the study of several historical threads. It focuses on the giant planets and on the patterns they form in the sky. It also makes use of simple metaphors to visualise the archetypal meaning of each cycle or alignment.
Two timelines are focused on the cycles between Saturn, Uranus and Neptune:
a timeline of 19th-20th century planetary alignments (1805-1993);
a timeline of recent and future planetary alignments (1988-2045).
The timeline of Uranus-Neptune alignments (1136-2165) sets the wider context for historical threads across centuries.
I've used these timelines of planetary alignements in my articles and notes about remarkable correlations with a few historical threads.
